Hi, I am based in Guyana, South America and experiencing similar problems. I have been trying to buy bowling for ages without success. It either at confirming availability of bowling or “requesting payment”

Hi, I bought bowling option long time before, tried few time and lost interest. Upgraded my os and never tried to reinstall bowling option. But now would like to play bowling too. Could you please let me know how I can get that activated again?

After the purchase never been able to play Kolkata stadium the game gets hung then we have to get out of the link and then restart the game again change the stadium to spin fast then only able to play

I have the same problem with this new ground. Stalls on startup of a new game and will not load. I have to wait a couple of hours before getting back into the game, then removing the ground and going back to spin fast. I am finding that my game now goes very slow when my turn to bowl. Unplayable.

My HoF is no longer updating. I have scored several centuries which are not recognised and the count isn’t changing.

Graphics issues on iPad2

I haven’t played for a while, and have just installed this on my iPad2. When running it some of the graphics appear like upscaled lo-res.

The areas affected this are:

- the border around the profile name on the main menu

- when playing a match:

the SPIN logo on the top right
the indicators on the bottom of the bowling screen (especially)
the bowler control buttons which appear after the delivery have the correct level of detail, but have black bars a button width to their right.

I’ve checked this versus running on the iTouch4 and iPad1 and the graphics look great on both of those. If you like, I can send some screenshots sowning these from the iPad2.

I’m also having issues with revision 7 of this ground. Cricket version is 2.7.43. All the other grounds seem to be working fine.

C’mon guys, people obviously like your game and want to play it, please fix the crashing!! Nothing more frustrating than making a decent total and then having it crash on you. Check out the app store and all the reviews on there, everyone mentions the crashing!! You have developed a fun game and now you need to take this to the next level. Thanks. MT

Hi guys, firstly love the game.

when resuming a game I can’t seem to remove the notification until the ball is bowled which generally means I’m out. So when I resume, there is the Spin Resume banner which stays in screen for 3-4 secs.

Yes, unfortunately in SA the government requires that all games be rated and charges a R5000 fee for the rating (fee may have changed since I last looked at it). As a result of this, the Spinfast Cricket game is not available in SA (or Korea). In fact, the entire Games category on iTunes isn’t available in these territories.

We do support our friends in South Africa, despite these issues. So we have developed a related product Cricket Simulation but it is not the same obviously. We do work to make it as good as possible but as you can appreciate, the SA market is smaller than the rest of the world and our resources are limited.
