Is anyone is having this problem could you please let us know?

We’ve seen a couple of reports of this in the App Store reviews, but the game is working of us on everything from 1st generation phones with OS2.2 to the 3GS.

As soon as we can reproduce the bug we’ll get down to fixing it.

UPDATE:

• The first thing to try if the game is crashing or freezing is to reboot your device, tap here for details.
• We have found a problem and resolved it. We are now waiting for Apple to issue the update. In the meantime, it appears that the problem is not a freeze but rather a 2 minute timeout, so the game will eventually load if you’re sufficiently patient…

The strangest thing is that iPhone OS automatically uploads crash reports to their server but at the time of writing Apple says too few crashes to generate a report so we’re really not sure if there is an issue here at all.

So, if you are experiencing any problem like this, please let us know!

This is an unrelated problem to the issue of sticking on the front page but a couple of questions:

• What version of the game are you running?
• Touch or Phone? If Touch, WiFi enabled and accessible?

As a workaround, try turning off network access in the game options and see if that helps. If it does, please let us know so we can fix the problem.
