
If you have a problem with Cricket, the first thing you should try is to reboot your device and try again.
It’s easy, just press and hold the Sleep/Wake button (on the top) for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. To turn the device back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

We’ve also now introduced a new Diagnostics system. If you encounter a repeatable problem, please go into Options, Advanced Options and turn on Diagnostics. Then after the problem occurs again, go back into the same menu and upload the diagnostic.
This will make it much easier for us to find and fix problems that only happen on some edge cases. We have a large variety of devices here to test the with but some problems simply don’t show themselves on our hardware.
