I have been trying to load the bowling upgrade o my Iphone with no joy.

My Iphone is using v 3.1.2 (7D11) and I have updated to V 2.1.1 of your software, however whe I try to upgrade to the bowling option I don’t get the option in the store menu. The only menus are Purchase Baseball, Merchandise and Back.

My phone is on the O2 network and has NOT been cracked/jailbroken.

Please advise.

Hey Savo, sorry you’re having problems. Two things to check:

Are the networking options turned on in the game options?
Have you got Internet access when you’re entering the shop?

You’ve stumped us, I’m afraid Savo.

The only way that this should happen is if the Bowling option isn’t available in the Apple store that you’re logged into but it’s definitely in the UK App Store. I could understand if this happened once or twice — this is the mobile Internet — but it seems to be reliably happening to you. Lots of people have purchased bowling using O2 as well, so it’s not O2 blocking us somehow…

We’ll be putting more diagnostics into the next build, I think this is a candidate for us to look into.
