Our forums upgrade

The code wizards have been busy furiously upgrading our forums technology.

  • To check someone’s profile click on their Avatar image or the Profile link.
  • To edit your profile click on your own avatar or profile link and then click the “edit” next to your name.
  • The “Make Public” checkbox allows you to show or hide information on your public profile.

More additions and refinements to come. Let us know what you think!

Hey man,

Just a quick note – I can’t seem to “reply” to any posts on any of the threads. To reply, I have to hit the “quote” button and then open up the link in a new Tab. Just clicking it doesn’t seem to work.

Could just be an error at my end, but though I’d let you know.

Also – your quote function makes posts look a little funky. Is there some way you can put the quoted text in it’s own little boxed-out area? Would make reading posts a WHOLE lot easier…

Oh – and just further to this, when you select other pages in the forums, the little number list down the bottom stays on Page 1 – so you can’t navigate back to page-one on screen. You have to hit the back button, or navigate back to the main forum page.
