1st: Thanks for putting out a cricket game app…it’s about time. I so badly want to give this 4 or 5 stars but love of cricket aside, there are some suggestions and comments I need to add.
1.) The need for coming up with a password and allowing our data to go online is silly as far as I can figure… the app never asks me for my password, and the scores I’ve seen posted are ludicrous if those are real people.
2.) We should be able to permanently disable the online feature…right now it must be disabled each time.
3.) The overthrows on easy setting are annoying for their frequency and on medium setting the number of perfect drives that are caught is absurd. Hard setting just cranks up the fielding side’s obscene level of sudden competence. Lastly, the number of runs scored in about a third of the shots is way over estimated.
Now I feel bad… so once again, thanks for making the app and hopefully you’ll fix a couple items.
I’ll take your comments one at a time Mr Coconut…
1. We remember the password for you in the app. You’ll need it if you want to log into your profile from a PC tho (just go to the website). The scores are real but in the early days we were showing aggregate scores, which wasn’t particularly useful. We’ve made lots of changes to the Hall of Fame since then — what do you think?
2. Not sure what you mean. It stays off for me.
3. We’ve tweaked things a little in response to feedback like this (thanks, in testing we can sometimes get too close to the game). What do you think now?
In closing, there’s no need to feel bad, just update your review now we’ve fixed the things you didn’t like :)
